MEETING ROOM A & B
Meeting rooms A and B are located near the St Asaph Street entrance. Both rooms feature 1 Table, 4-5 chairs, Whiteboard & Pens, 49” TV screen (HDMi), video conferencing unit, Wifi, air conditioning for your comfort with access to filtered water, glasses and water jugs.
MEETING ROOM C & D
Furnishings include table with 5-6 chairs, 55" TV Screen (HDMi), video conferencing unit, whiteboard & pens, Wifi, air conditioning for your comfort with access to filtered water, glasses and water jugs. This meeting room features artwork reproduced from Weta Workshop along with acoustic sound panels.
Meeting Room E
Meeting room E is located alongside Memory Lane. It has the capacity for 7 - 12 people which makes it great for a board meeting or workshop. It has four tables that can be configured in different ways to make this room suitable for your meeting. This meeting room has two external windows which allow the natural light to stream in along with fresh air. A maximum of 10 - 12 people can be seated around these tables, where they can view presentations, videos and other visual displays via a large 75” TV screen. This room is designed for video conferencing with USB and HDMi connections. It also has a large wall mounted white board. Filtered water, glasses and water jugs available at no charge.
LOUNGE / EVENTS CENTRE
The Lounge/Events Centre provides a large open space that can accommodate events from 12-100 people and is easily configurable for different function requirements. The Lounge/Events Centre has three TV’s (1 x 75″ and 2 x 42″) available, a portable whiteboard with markers, a lectern along with video conferencing. Presentations can be viewed on the large 75″ screen or a projector screen. Microphones and a quality audio setup are also available. This space is ideal for presentations and workshops, and has the added advantage of a projector screen in the building’s Atrium, so previews can be played as guests arrive.
